Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer FREE shipping on every order across the USA — no minimum purchase required. Estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days after your order is processed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
We’ve got you covered. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
